Insurance Policy To be a part of our program, you need an insurance that will cover you during the period of your stay here, and you need to fax a copy of it before you arrive. You might buy one in your country or contact us for details on the insurance that we provide. Cancellation / Refund policy We understand that sometimes things are beyond your control and that you may not be able to come. So we will refund all the money except for the 150us deposit, if you cancel before the program starts. Also if you prefer you can pay upon arrival for the remaining fees, but once you are in Colombia and the home stay and university courses have been booked there will be no refunds.
